Account 8 Questions

Go to the registration page and fill in the form with your name, email or mobile number, and password. You'll also need to provide your date of birth — only users aged 18 and above are eligible to register. Once you submit the form, complete the email or SMS verification and your Bluff account will be activated.

Each person may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts violates our terms and conditions and may result in all associated accounts being closed.

Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered email or mobile number and we'll send you a reset link or OTP. Use it to set a new password. If you run into any issues, contact the Help Center.

Yes. KYC verification is required before you can make a withdrawal. Simply upload a photo of your National ID or passport along with a selfie, and your account will be verified — usually within 24 hours.

Contact our support team through the Help Center. If your account has no pending withdrawals or active bonuses, it will be closed within 7 days of your request.

At bluff, you can deposit using Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency. All methods are credited instantly — typically within 5 minutes.

The minimum deposit is 500 BDT. However, a specific amount may be required to qualify for the first-deposit bonus — check the bonus page for details.

Mobile Pay and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is not complete.

Bluff does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider (such as Mobile Pay) may apply their own charges. Network fees apply to crypto withdrawals.

In this case, please contact the Help Center with your transaction reference number and the time it was made. Our team will investigate and resolve the issue within 24 hours. If the funds were not deposited, they will be refunded.

The minimum withdrawal is 1,000 BDT. The daily maximum withdrawal limit may vary depending on your account level.

Yes, you can cancel a withdrawal before processing begins. Cancel the pending request from your payment history. Once processing has started, cancellation is no longer possible.

Betting 7 Questions

You can bet on over 30 sports, including cricket, football, tennis, badminton, basketball, and kabaddi. Both live betting and pre-match betting are available.

Live betting means placing bets on a match in real time as it unfolds. Odds change based on what's happening in the match. Go to the Live Betting section to see ongoing matches and place your bets.

The minimum bet starts from ৳10 BDT. Maximum limits vary depending on the match and market type. VIP accounts are eligible for higher limits.

Bets generally cannot be cancelled once placed. However, you can use the Cash-Out feature to sell your bet at a set value before the match ends.

If a match is cancelled, all bets are declared void and stakes are fully refunded. The same applies to postponed matches that do not resume within the specified timeframe.

A parlay bet lets you combine multiple matches into a single bet. If all your selections win, the odds multiply for a bigger payout. However, if any one selection loses, the entire bet is lost. Select the "Accumulator" option on your bet slip.

Log in to your account and go to the "My Bets" or "Betting History" section. There you'll find a full record of all active, settled, and cancelled bets.

Mobile App 5 Questions

You can download the Bluff app directly from our download page. It's available for both Android and iOS.

To install the APK on Android, you'll need to allow installation from unknown sources. Go to Settings → Security → enable Unknown App Installation. If you run into any issues, a detailed guide is available on the download page.

Log in to the app once using your regular credentials, then go to Settings → Security → Biometric Login to enable it. From then on, you can sign in quickly using your fingerprint or Face ID.

You'll get an automatic notification when a new update is available. Alternatively, download the latest version from the download page. Always using the latest version ensures better security and performance.
